Dumb@ss Manny can sign the ****ing contract the only thing is if PBF doesn't sign the contract then the contract isn't valid for the fight. Both parties have to sign to be bound by that contract. PBF not signing is not stopping Manny from signing. By Manny signing the contract stating he will do OST he basically proves to the whole world that he is gonna take the test instead of just verbally saying he agrees to testing.

I'm all for OSDT but why does Floyd keep on talking about that "nobody can become great at 25" bullet point? What about Sergio Martinez? Or Glen Johnson?
