I've heard Arum say Manny will take the test without restrictions but i've never heard Manny say it. The test isn't the problem, its the cutt off date that is the problem.

To be clear, i've never questioned Manny by looking at his KO stats. Its his refusal to take a random test without a cuttoff date. Manny is a great boxer but he doesn't make any damn sense when he says testing so close to the fight will weaken him.

I guess we don't have a problem with Manny doing truly random testing. All they have to do is sign and fight now. The only real debate now is who will man up and sign the contract first.

I don't want this to turn into a bash Manny or bash Mayweather topic. The truth is, talk is cheap and both sides are messing around trying to win the debate when all they have to do is sign the contract. If Manny truly will do it then Mayweather needs to man up and sign and then Manny will sign. Seriouly, its not that hard to make the fight if both camps agree but they are obviously still playing chicken with each other.

Hopefully Fraud will produce that contract that he said that he signed about the RBTs in the first negotiations (video interview with Ben Thompson of FightHype) - he said that he signed the contract and was waiting for Pacquiao to sign...but this date Fraud hasn't produce that signed/dated contract...like how he dodged the 24 different deposition dates for his chance to prove that Pacquiao is on "Power Pellets;" duck and dodge like his fighting style.

thanks for the vid but I is stil have my doubts and I'm talking about both camps. You make it seem like its a black and white issue but its not. If Manny agrees then sign the damn contract and the same thing can be said about Mayweather. Maybe Mayweather needs to man up and sign the contract himself to make this happen. Its not a black and white issue because these guys aren't doing **** but talking to the media when a signature would solve everything.

beatnutts, IMO - it's Arum that has a past with Maynever, that really is holding things up with the Mega-fight...you already heard from Manny's and Freddy's mouth that they agreeed with RBTs - and now recently Arum said there "ARE NO MORE ISSUES." Why were there any issues in the first place if Manny already said that he was ok with RBTs? It was Arums spin of the whole matter that kept the Mega-fight from happening. IMO, it's Arums PRIDE that is holding alot of good fights from happening. He as beef with Maynever, so no Mega-fight with Manny and Fraud. Arum has beef with GBP, so all the fans have to look forward to is in house fighting of TR fighters; and GBP in house fighting with their own fighters. Do you get what I'm trying to say...ARUM IS THE PROBLEM, NOT PACQUIAO!!!!
