Those are real artists. They haven't made new songs that became hits.

Pacquiao copied and reproduced an old song and sold a million.

No reason he can't do it again.

Wow...this one really riled up the Pacquiao fanbase!

Well, I took 2 things away from this thread:

1.) Pacquiao "fans" really really hate Mayweather
2.) Freedom (and all his banned previous accounts) hasn't watched a round of boxing without his blowup Klitschko doll's balls in his mouth...Lloyd Ellerbe? WTF?

Let's be real, in 2008 Manny Pacquaio was a great 130 lber fighter coming off what most considered a loss to JMM. He moved up to lightweight to fight David Diaz (I just threw up in my mouth a little) and had nothing to look foward to but fights with the likes of Casamayor and Campbell, who were atop the lightweight division. His oppoertunity to fight DLH came when Mayweather pulled outta his rematch with DLH to "retire." That is where Pac's rise began. And now that he not only beat guys like DLH and Hatton better than Money led many people to believe that he could be the one to beat the guy they hate. The dislike of Mayweather has made stars (on a much smaller level) of guys like Cotto, Margarito, and an aging Mosley because they who the hope guys. Now, Pac is the new hope guy on steroids, no pun intended.
I dispute your comment that "most considered (it) a loss to marquez"... I saw that fight, and I consider myself at least an adequate judge, and i was sure that MannyP had won clearly although closely.

This Brother Jay acts like a drama queen on the rag! On one hand, we have Pac, a successful multi-millionare admired by millions and on the other hand we have drama queen Brother Jay living every single day hating a fighter. One has a life and the other doesn't. And it doesn't take a genius to figure out which is which.

All you said was 'how can a horrible singer sell millions and go broke?"

But yeah, slight attempt at humor, on my part, that missed the mark. Either way, selling 1MM records doesn't mean it's impossible for someone to go broke. Pavlik just mentioned Manny ******** and drinking his money away, and asking TR for an advancement of his purse for the JMM fight.

These guys (Manny, Floyd, and many others) don't live like we do. It's easy for any of us to imagine having the kind of money they have, and applying it to our own lives. We overlook the responsibility and change that comes with that money.

At least Ellerbe now realized the the TRUTH that Pacman is up there higher than Floydie.

Pacman earned his title as 4P4 King and Fighter of the Decade without Floydie!

Now Floydie has to beat Pacman so he can regain the P4P Top spot!

No, those are conclusions you've drawn. Obviously, neither of those fights happened. I can make my own assumptions as well: maybe it didn't make financial sense, maybe it had to do with the Arum beef (unless you believe it's purely coincidental that the fighters Floyd 'ducks' fight for TR), maybe Floyd was scared. Neither of us know anything for sure- pretending to doesn't make you appear knowledgeable. It does just the opposite.

But damn all that, the point was your post had nothing to do with the post of mine you quoted, nor did you refute anything I said. Try again, I'm willing to entertain intelligent discussion.

Ok... let's see that. Play this at 2:30...forget the jokes of the vid and focus on Floyd's words.
