  • That is true. But every fighter's rise is associated with another fighter's loss, retirement, etc. It's not like Floyd didn't have any help. Also, that transition is just about the time when most people claim that boxing is dead because this so and so fighter is shot, lost, retired, etc.

Anyway, we are just rehashing stuff from about 2 years ago. Just give it some time, then insert the same **** time and time again. Geez.

It's quite obvious that those 2 don't have clear plans to fight each other yet. Just inserting the other name to promote their respective fights. Ughhh. I'll just enjoy their 2 fights for now. Don't care if they won't fight each other. If they will, that would be great. But come on, we got better things to do than worry about something that might not happen and compare who so is so. Lolz.

I wonder if Crockett can expect a phone call from Petrocelli ?
That video was hilarious. I've never seen that before.

Thanks, Lead. I had a few people watch it.

        • It was obviously helped by Mayweather not being around. But dont discredit Pac's rise he did that all by himself. And as much as people trash Pac now he was not the favorite to win most of those fights.

Oscar was supposed to beat him easy
Hatton was supposed to give him a tough fight
I remember people claiming the Cotto fight was a move by Arum to set up Cotto as a superstar after Manny was elected and would retire.

I get the Manny hate now but at least give him his credit for rising up and beating the bigger stars.
