Why do the US audience react so badly to Witter when he does flash moves/showboating?

I think it's because of his nationality. Something that a lot of peopledon't understand about Americans ingeneral is that we are #1. It's as simple as that. If we're not #1, we do what we have to do to be #1.

This is kind of a weird comparison, but everyone is making a big deal about the Chinese right now being the #1 superpower in 5 years etc...that will never happen. Americans have too much penis envy...if yours is good, then our's has to be better.

I know that sounds kind of weird, but after a Master's degree, that's what I've come up with!

Like creating sports that no one else plays "World series baseball" and calling it the WORLD SERIES??? Also (closer to home) - Wanting any World title fight to be between two Americans for the WORLD title? Even if others are more deserving?

I would have to say to Americans that you should REALLY REALLY get into football! (not that rugby thing with armour) But the real thing... It doesn't matter if you can't win the World cup. It's the excitment of taking part in a WORLD event that does it.

It's true... I've been to some weird places, and for example - People in Vietnam know who David Beckham and Manchester United are. They know who Real Madrid are, They know who Zidane is and they know people in the Brazilian squad.

They have no idea who some baseball/American football player is?

I'm sure that there are some old-school racist white guys, especially here in the south, who still think that black people should be in the back of the bus and all that - but who cares about them, they're just small-minded people who are stuck in the previous century.

I'm a white guy who gets annoyed by trash talking and "look at me" behavior in sports, but it doesn't matter to me what color the guy is who's doing it - it might be a cultural thing, but it's not a racial thing. I just think that people should keep their mouths shut and let their atheletic performances speak for themselves, with out alot of "you got served" (movie reference) bull****.

One thing that I have seen mostly black guys doing, though, which I must admit I've been making fun of lately (although not to their faces of course, because I don't wanna get my ass beat) is that whole cellphone clipped to the ear thing - what is the deal with that? Ok, you own a cell phone, congratulations. Why don't you put your computer on a chain and wear it around your neck, while you're at it? Then hang your credit cards from your ears...

I dont understand all this race talk, people in general hate showboating, its obvious more black fighters showboat so its only natutal more black fighters get abuse for it. Its not becuase they are black its because they are disrespecting their opponents more. Naz was probably the most hated showboater of all time and he wasnt black, and when Ali showboated all people, of all races loved him for it.

There was a time when Ali was hated worse then Naz. Ali did not get respect from white folks until Frazier cold ****ed him.

They're beasts because they have to be, it's not like your gonna see a 200 lb muscleman soccer player, and if you do, he aint playin on a decent team. And I've played both, and soccer is by far more enjoyable and technical to play. Any random fat ass can play on the o-line or d-line, some fat ****er can't play soccer.

This pretty much shows you know nothing about football. Any skinny little soccer player cannot just play O-line either, so it works both ways there, buddy.

I've played both as well and football is way more fun and enjoyable. If I wanted jogging practice and hardly any scoring I'd play soccer, but no thanks.
