Floyd fans forgot Pac was a former flyweight champ who beat Cotto, Clottey and Margarito who Floyd ducked for years and the cause of his fake retirement. Pac also showed a better fighter than Floyd when he retired Oscar, Hatton and Mosley. All previously Floyd fought and now Marquez is next. It was a big slap on Floyd face because the person who did it was a former flyweight champ and the reason why he made his own OST.

Oscar was a dead man walking, did you see the Forbes fight? What makes Cotto better than a good win? Cotto was damaged after the Margarito fight. What did Cotto do after the Margarito fight at WW to be considered such a great win? Beating Jennings for a vacant belt, arguably losing to Clottey? That's a weak ass argument. Everybody should know by now that I can't stand Manny, but I'm calling his WW run the way I see it.

Lets look at who Manny has fought at WW:

DLH - seriously dude was on IV's and hadn't fought at WW in about 10 years, and was busted up by freaking Steve Forbes in his previous fight. DLH was shot and retired right after the fight.

Cotto - a good win for Manny but nothing more. Cotto was annihilated by Margarito and hasn't been the same since. After the Marg fight Cotto beat a bum for a vacant belt in Jennings and had a very close fight with Clottey, wow so what?

Clottey - this is a solid win but Clottey has never beaten anybody of consequence and he was coming off a loss to Cotto. Furthermore, the fight was boring as hell and Josh didn't even put up a fight.

Mosley-

JMM is next. So somebody please explain to me how Manny's WW run is so impressive?

The simple answer is, they aren't impressive wins at all. In my humble opinion Manny is being carefully managed to maximize his profit potential, which is why they never match him with fighters that are coming off of big wins or that might pose a threat. This most likely explains the rationale as to why he is feasting on fighters Mayweather has already dispatched.
