No no .. it must be when Arum paid Texas officials to lift Margarito's ban in that state so that he could fight Manny for a vacant jrMW belt that neither man was in contention for, right? No? Oh ... I know ... it was when Manny fought Mosley who has been dominated by Floyd and managed a draw in his fight right before he faced Manny. That must have been when Manny became #1, right
To answer this question, I'll refer you to ESPN, TheRing, Yahoo, and any other credible organization that follows boxing. They have Manny at #1, so you can ask them. Let me know what they say.

      Answer that question.
      Mayweather:
      - JMM: was #2 P4P and winning, looked like shyt at WW
      - Mosley: was #1 WW Champion and winning, was DESTROYED by Floyd and should have retired.
      - Ortiz is a current young WW Champion and winning, should have just given up vs Berto like he did vs Madina

      Pac:
      - Clottey: is a winner, back in 2008.
      - Margarito: is a winner and champion, back in 2008
      - JMM: is a LW Champion and is now moving 2 weight classes north to fight at WW (again)

        Far out dude.

It is CLEARLY OBVIOUS that the fault lies at the feet of Pacquiao.

Mosley fight negotiation time = 8 minutes / successful

Ortiz fight negotiation time = 4 minutes / successful

        Pacquiao fight negotiation time = 3 years / failure / 8 excuses.....

        ===========================================

Team Pacquiao's big ol' bag of ridiculous excuses.....

        * " taking my blood the day before the fight will weaken me "

        * " I am too proud to take the test "

        * " Floyd is not the commission "

        * " taking my blood will affect my training, even 23-days from the fight "

        * " I feel too disrespected to take the test "

Manny, Top Rank, it is the same thing.

Top Rank are his official representatives, and Manny makes the final decisions.

            What about Floyd's excuses?

I'm taking time off the sport.
Bob takes all his money away I make my own money.
I never ducked or dodged anybody.
            Who, Poochiao?
            I'm on vacation right now.
We were never in a second round of negotiations.
We are going to make him "make some sushi rolls and cook some rice."
"We're going to cook him with some cats and dogs."

You people are cruel, pac deserves credit for beating the dehydrated oscar de la hoya..well we know that oscar was one of floyds leftovers but that doesn't matter pac is the best.

And common people give pac credit for beating margarito who is not very fast and has no head movement no foot work and of course he came in at catch weight but guess what..he was taller than pac so there you go.

And what about his win against clottey? Clottey was with arum and yes maybe he was told not to punch back but he had bigger muscles than pac and he was african american too..pac deserves all the credit in the world for beating a fellow top rank fighter.

And pacs best win was against mosley for sure, floyd beat him too yes but pac made him looks worse..pac makes everyone look bad..did you see how much mosley did in the pac fight? Mosley fought his heart out and yes he was old but that means he was more experienced in the pac fight than in the floyd fight.

Pac is the true p4p champ ...he fights fresh fighters coming from a win and guess what most of them are top rank champs hahaha so *****s there you go..I pwned you all.

We have 4 different users in here who find no fault at the hands of Floyd Mayweather, and cast all the blame on Team Pacquiao. That is ridiculous.

                You guys are totally biased.

He had recently gone over his contracted weight with JMM, which was at 144, and he came in at 146. This was the precedent that caused Team Pac to make that demand, which is reasonable.

P.S. Just FYI, I think there should be Olympic-style PED testing in all of boxing. Just an FYI for you.
Ok, I understand why Pacquiao will demand it, but what I'm saying is, IF FLOYD WAS DUCKING AND DODGING, why didn't he just say "No" to the 10 million/lb? He didn't have to agree to that. A normal person who loves money as much as Floyd would never agree to that. But Floyd did agree to that. Why?

Watch how I can do what you just did, just for Floyd. You ready?

Shane Mosley: Old, didn't fight for 1 1/2 years
Juan Manuel Marquez: Old, was only a lightweight, Floyd didn't even make the contracted weight
Hatton: Was a junior welter, never beat anyone noteworthly besides an older Tsyzu
De La Hoya: past his prime
                    Baldomir: are you serious?
Judah: just had lost to "are you serious?" (see above)

You see, you idiot? You did own anybody. You are simply a hater and a revisionist.

I agree bro,how can people possibly doubt arum..he has always been honest and truth full with pac..yes he might take most of pacs money but he really deserves it..who else would give pac so many good hard fights..and hardly any fight was at catch weight.
