- Margarito: a Ko'ed banned cheater, loser
- JMM: is winning but has never won or even looked good at WW

Do you see how every fighter you listed for Pac involves a negative criticism, and every fighter you listed for Mayweather has none at all?

There was precedent for Team Pacquiao to request this. Floyd is a bigger man than Pacquaio is, and their side wanted to make sure that Floyd didn't come over 147. He had recently gone over his contracted weight with JMM, which was at 144, and he came in at 146. This was the precedent that caused Team Pac to make that demand, which is reasonable.

P.S. Just FYI, I think there should be Olympic-style PED testing in all of boxing. Just an FYI for you.

When did Manny Pacquiao become the best? Is it when Manny fought DLH after Floyd outboxed him? Is it when Manny fought Hatton after Floyd KO'd him? Is it when Manny fought Cotto after Margarito had beaten him bloody? Or was it when he fought Joshua Clottey who has lost every significant match in his career? No no .. it must be when Arum paid Texas officials to lift Margarito's ban in that state so that he could fight Manny for a vacant jrMW belt that neither man was in contention for, right? No? Oh ... Manny doesn't have to take the tests. No one is forcing him. He can always take the coward's way out and decline to fight, but we all know that will open the flood gates and the stigma of being a PED abuser will follow him and his legacy FOREVER.

Manny Pacquiao cannot have it both ways. You can't call yourself the best and then duck the best for 3 years. That supposed "#1 P4P in the world" **** would have been shut down 3 years ago had Pacquiao found the balls to sign the contract and fight.

TRUTH: Manny Pacquiao has benefited more by NOT fighting and losing to Floyd Mayweather. All this speculation couldn't have gone on this long if the fists would have shown and proved. It was in Pacquiao's best interests not to have risked everything.

If Pacquiao would have won, he would have been a god of boxing. However, Pacquiao is the betting underdog for good reason. Floyd hasn't fought in a year. Floyd is the older fighter. Floyd fights once a year.

Even with all those factors, Floyd is STILL the betting favorite. Pacquiao, Roach and Arum knows this. They know why too. That's why we still don't have a signed contract.

Its a fact that Manny has been able to make more of a name for himself by fighting his stablemates under Top Rank than if he were to risk a fight and lose to Mayweather.

I wouldn't bet on it but I wouldn't be surprised either as Pac has done nothing recently to warrant being P4P #1, especially after bluntly ducking Mayweather for Clottey and then ducking Mosley when he was the #1 WW Champion 2 years ago. Then fighting a WW Cheater at JMW for Martinez's vacated title and now fighting a LW at a demanded WW when he already beat the guy twice?

I think Pac will be forced to take the test or lose the P4P #1 spot.
