The man has already been found guilty of bribery of boxing officials. He's already been found guilty of bribing magazine to alter the rankings of Top Rank fighters.

- Why did Pac duck Mosley who was the #1 WW Champion?

- Did you know Pac's 5 out of 8 weight division titles where vacant and he didn't even beat a champion for it?

Manny is outweighed 16lbs by a taller Margarito, outweighed by Hatton, outweighed by Oscar (then again there was the re-hydration clause). Team Pac did not show the same sense of concern and urgency regarding weight with the above mentioned fighters. But when it comes to the #1 WW Champion Shane Mosley, he's "too good" and they wont fight him. Or the #1 JMW Sergio Martinez he's "too big" yet they will fight a taller banned cheater for a vacant JMW title? Then Bradley hasn't proven himself at WW but JMM has?

All these excuses of avoiding the best at each respected weight class.

Not one Pac supporter can logically explain the 8 excuses Pac gave, which to this day resulted in the fight not being made. The fact that the fight hasn't been made and people still ignore that Team Pac/Bob Arum are to fully blame tells me, "YES" he does need to be "exposed" more, him and Koncz.

The main Problem with this is, May 1st 2010, Floyd said that from this day on, no matter who it is EVERY fighter that steps in the ring with Floyd Mayweather will randomly test just like a 38 year old WW CHAMPION of the world just did. The same (younger) #1 WW Champion that Pac ducked from 140-147 lbs back in 2009. What did we get from them then after saying they "agreed" to everything. USADA is biased. Just another excuse to add to the 7 other road blocks and the lawsuit.

Bob Arum has been ducking fighters for Pac and protecting him. Just like Bob protected Cotto from Mayweather at 140. Like he protected Mayweather from De La Hoya (or attmepted to) and like he's protecting Pac from Mayweather. Bob has been manipulating the system and the media. For some of the extreme simpletons, Bob will need to be more openly exposed again and Pac will need to come out and say it. If Bob is fired, the fight gets made in days.
