Good move by Arum!!!!!!! As long as it is neutral and they both get tested i would like to see if mayweather agrees. I could see him refusing. I don't see the problem if they are both tested up til the fight which is what mayweather wants.

But did you say the same thing when Team Pacquiao first asked for the $10million dollar penalty per pound over the weight limit, which is not part of standard commission? And it was indeed asked by Team Pacquiao before Team Mayweather asked for OST[which was initially brushed off by Roach and Koncz and they said there was no problem].
