And another thing why this would never happen is, Pacquiao would never want to clean up the sport.
Same can be said about Floyd too. He's just covering his own ass though.

Goodness gracious sakes alive, are you slow, dumb or ******ed?

Did Floyd not cheat Marquez on the scales and pay a measly fine of 600gs?

There is more than enough for Manny to make a request as such. Hes basically saying, "Look, if you come in overweight, I'll still fight you, but I'm taking a chunk of your purse".

That 10 mil is plenty of bread to make Floyd think otherwise about employing that tactic again.

Random blood testing is random blood testing...I don't care what agency does it...So nothing wrong with Arum is doing.

But, I'm still don't get what you're trying to say...How is USADA crap? How are they slacking?

Again if they don't know about the cutoff date before hand...Then how would they know they have a window?

Knowing and not knowing are 2 different things...It would be different if Floyd and/or Mosley actually knew that they were not going to get tested anymore. Because, it would have given them that window to juice up. But, since even you said it's probable that they didn't know they they had a cutoff. Then that means they wouldn't have known they had a window to juice...

Do you get what I'm saying?

BTW, your sig caught my eye.

"We don't use W.A.D.A. testing" - NFL, NBA & MLB."

I don't know much about the NFL and NBA, but in the MLB, a lot of players went without getting caught in the MLB with urine testing. Lots of steroid users.

So that sig isn't really doing justice to this whole drug testing ordeal.

Would you take that chance fighting an american fighter, in america, with an american testing agency doing your drug tests that is only happening because your american opponent who accused you of cheating, won't fight you without it?

Log off for a few days guy. Reason is not your strong suit right now.

Usada is crap because, read again....

From Horvo: You guys really think Tygart (usada) is a neutral tester? Here's his explanation of why they stopped testing 18 days out.

"We chose not to test for blood closer to the fight than we did because there was no need to do so. But, of course, if we had some sort of cause or su****ion that meant that we needed to do more blood tests, let's say, five days, or, four days before a fight, then we certainly would have done it," said Tygart.

"And that's why the right to have that option is such an important aspect to having a good program. It's a deterrent for the fighters," said Tygart. "[We were] totally comfortable only having that blood test 18 days before the fight and not needing one more testing day in between."

That said, Random should be done without any human su****ion and involvement. Just set a date and get the athlete tested at a time the athletes won't know about.

So what he's saying is that the test was not given randomly, like from a computer generated list, but from their own personal subjective su****ions.

That at a certain point they determined they had tested the fighters enough. Since both fighters were not tested on the same days or the same number of times, that means he could test one fighter later than the other because of a "su****ion". Do you think that's a neutral position? And by definition that is not random. Random means taking the human element out of the decision making process.

The sig is for those who think american athletes are doing even more testing than Manny.

LOL, lets not get it twisted...Floyd is not trying to clean up the sport. That was never his agenda....And, that's not what he's working on either.

He saw that Pac was actually threat...And, wasn't so sure that Pac was in the up and up...So he just wants to make sure that Pac is clean and the fight will be fair...Nothing wrong with making sure there's an equal level playing field.

The only reason he's telling other fighters to do it. Is because, he knows that it would look bad if he only asked Pac.

He's not trying to clean up anything. But, he's not doing anything wrong with asking for such test.

I'm fine with Arum's choice but I don't get why a different agency? USADA seems alright to me.
