        You're against better testing.

        Just stop it.

If I was a foreigner to the country I was fighting in, and my opponent asked me to take extra tests the commission doesn't require,

I too would make sure my opponent had no affiliation to those who are going to be doing the testing.

Floyd is an american fighter. USADA is an american testing agency.

        Manny, is Filipino.

What is wrong with using the World Anti Doping Agency? Or, an agency from a completely different country than both fighters?

        Nothing.

Tygart and Co already proved to be ineffective with this fake random blood testing anyway. Whats really silly, is how you and other crank yankers like you, will rally around some testing that isn't even official, but a style of testing.

Random blood testing is year round, and Floyd as a pro, has never participated. Why?

Because hes been juicing during his vacations and retirements.

We don't see Tygart campaigning for other fights because nobody pays him as well as Floyd does.

Who cares who does the random blood tests. Just get the fight done god dammit.

If Floyd was bitching about what type of gloves[8 oz Reyes Gloves] they should use, after agreeing to it, I would be pissed the fuck off at him.

Not you and the rest of Pacland, obviously, you all enjoy all of this "who got the last word" shitty ass negotiations by both parties. Just agree and fight in 2012, that's it. Bob Arum the old **** making boxing fans lives miserable.

ped crusaders should be jumping for joy, this is a step towards better testing all around
I think somethings that people are overlooking are A) The Nevada commission has (re)started a random testing program because the Senate passed a bill that would help funding, plus funding from the IOC/WADA would always be welcome B) Xylocaine/lidocaine is illegal in Nevada to within a week of a fight, and they would test for it unlike USADA which does not consider it an illegal substance. Meaning if Manny can't use his A-Side Meth, Floyd wouldn't be able to cheat and numb his hands.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, USADA is an extension of WADA in the US, but that may be to simple for some people to comprehend. Arum will next be telling you that Manny won't train at Wild Card because Wild Card is in the US, and under USADA jurisdiction. He keeps poring syrup on ****, and calling it pancakes. You guys just eat it right up, so by all mean continue...

^^ This. That's what I'm trying to figure out too.
