i read his words and all i see is someone whos reluctant to do the testing. i mean seriously does he think the ioc, an international organization with tremendous power, is gonna let a state commission tell it how to carry out his testing protocol? the ioc will most certainly not be subservient to any state commission just like the usada. there is no difference there. anyone with a brain knows it. and chances are they are much more expensive than usada, their labs are all overseas afterall. i see a roadblock and thats why im annoyed by this. i hope im wrong, but i doubt it.
Key words "respected neutral testing body" .. It doesn't say it would be a wannabee testing facility. Your getting your random testing ***** lol

why is it than whn its arum offreing the same thing floyd has claimed to offer , it is so wrong to you *****s...what arum is offering is way better than what the USADA offerd with thier controversail asses......arumm is offering something better here....if only floyd has agreed to fight under normal conditions , we would'nt be having this conversation....

There's no problem with that. The question now though, would the commission[Assuming it's the NSAC] upgrade its testing protocols and testing both Boxers by unlimited random blood and urine? If whichever states commissions that he want to do the testing would do that, then it'd be perfectly fine.

            better testing by the commission.

not just better testing, random testing to be guided by wada protocol.

please tell me why you guys still *****hhing about this?

What people are mad about is Bob Arum obviously trying his best to do counter requests after counter requests and not just agree to the damn testing in the first place. He wants negotiate this fight to death, it's obvious.

If a genuine neutral party conducts the full OST tests, that both parties agree to, then great, let's have it. But why counter everything, why stipulations with everything, why agree on something and add conditions? This is what's called, over-negotiating. Negotiating to death.

ok, buddy. if u say so. as if arum would offer something better after disagreeing for so long. are u that gullible? lmao...its really sad. so it makes sense for arum to refuse for so long and then all of a sudden he comes back with even more stringent testing??!! really??!! believe wat u want. u wanna call me a *****, i could care less about this testing ****. the point is if ur gonna agree, agree, stop the bull **** and stop trying to find excuses.

But Floyd is supposed to pay $10mill over every pound over the weight limit

                  So

                  1. Pac's way is the standard commission way. Despite him having a penalty that is not part of the standard commission. It is okay because you say so.

                  2. A $10 million dollar penalty for every pound over 147 is not standard commission but "It doesn't matter".

                  3. What Floyd is asking for, isn't something Pacquiao has to do. But what Floyd agreed to from Pacquiao, doesn't matter.

Does every one see the headache that is arguing with a Pac fan?
                  Agree!!!!!!!
