and thats what arum is offering here....but unlike usada, they wont have crap excuses like " they werent doint anything su****ious or they did'nt know wehn they were gonna get tested " bs to jstify the 18 day cut off....thats just plian insluting peoples intelligence......bottomline is, fans would'nt be having this kinds of **** if floyd stuck to the usual testing like everyone else....arum is offering a better thing rather than lying ass USADA ****....

get floyd's **** out of your throat, bro.
Demanding a $10 million dollar fine for every pound over 147[which was demanded even before the OST demands were requested], is your definition of "standard commission"? Right, the NSAC penalty for being over the weight limit is $10Mill per pound.

Whether you like Arum or not, this is more than fair.

it's proven that usada under tygart's leadership wasn't able to conduct proper random testing with their 18 day cutoff for the floyd-shane fight.

arum is right...give it to an organization who can do ost properly without bias.

              Let's try again.

Did the mediator between Team Pacquiao and Team Mayweather not say Bob Arum lied about Team Mayweather never offering 14 days? YES OR NO.

Did Mayweather not say that after May-Mosley and Pac-Clottey, the 14 day cut off will be off the table. And surely it was off the table, but Team Pacquiao then agreed to an offer that was not even there to agree with? YES OR NO.
this has something to do with my point cause?

to answer your question again, bull***** came from both sides.

but floyd's 14 day cut off was agreed to be fair by most if not all of the people here. floyd changed his mind, and suddenly its not fair anymore!

10 million dollar won't matter if floyd did what he's supposed to. make weight.

a couple of hundred grand won't stop floyd for being overweight if he wants.

floyd's demand calls for pac to do something he isn't supposed to. be tested through his training camp.

pac not wanting it would be a problem if this was the standard, but its not.

i don't know why anything pac agrees to that is better than commission testing is still being bashed

You haven't pointed out anything. You simply reported Arum's statements and mixed them with your opinions of OST. What evidence does Arum have to prove that the U.S. Olympic Committed is not neutral? And why would he want another organization to conduct the test under the supervison of the state athletic commission? Why would an unbiased agency that conducts extensive tests need to be supervised by the athletic commission that doesn't conduct these type of tests?

If Arum said this, it is just a continuation of his efforts to protect his cash cow your god. The sad thing about it is that *******s actually buy this BS.
