Bob and Manny don't trust USADA but they trust the U.S legal system.

Bob doesn't trust USADA but it was fine for "trustworthy" Bob to pull a known cheater in Margarito from a permanent ban to fight Manny for a title neither deserved.

who cares where the fighting is taking place? most of the testing will actually be done wherever both boxers live or train. and we know pac is a philly and USADA cannot test there. he would have to be tested by se asian antidoping agency. what arum wants is both be tested by the same organization. is this so ****ing hard to comprehend?
