At one point in both fights, the fights were called off because of Pac's outrageous demands. Like asking for 70-30 for DLH, 60-40 for Hatton, then brought it down to 55-45, ultimately Arum took money out of his own pocket to satisfy Pacquiao. But this time, Pac has met his match, with a fighter just as hard-head as he is in Floyd Mayweather. That's why this fight hasn't happened.
    i didn't know all that

dempseyrollin stated that the local organizing committee for the olympic games would basically be usada if the u.s. hosted the olympic games. i argued what he posted is incorrect because usada stated on their website that they don't generally do testing for olympic games, but they leave that responsibility to WADA and the local organizing committe for the olympic games.

the U.S press must make some serious questions to bob arum, so pacman trust the U.S law system but he dont trust the U.S anti doping agency......

old man bob wants a agency that he can BRIBE (as he's done so many times before) anyone thats not a complete ret@rd can see it.

with USADA (who've done countless test on athletes such as kobe bryant, lebron james, the willams sisters) arum wouldn't be able to bribe usada. USADA would IMMEDIATELY report him in for prision.....

this is why arum will try his best to paint "usada" (the gold standard across the world for top athletes) as low life criminals....when in realty it is ARUM who's the small town criminal.

I seen nothing wrong with what Arum has said, its common knowledge that the US is renowned for letting drug cheats slip under the carpet, so why's it such a bad idea for letting someone like WADA conduct the testing? if possible?

The Local Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games /= the national doping agency ...why would a national anti-doping organization such as USADA be responsible for solely overseeing the drug testing (even if the olympics were hosted in the U.S.) in an international event. how is that fair in an international event?
