"We have agreed in the Pacquiao camp to unlimited random testing done by a responsible, neutral organization," Arum told Yahoo. "We don't believe USADA is a neutral organization.

"I don't think anybody's test is as vigorous as the test administered by the Olympic Organization. And we can arrange for the Olympic Organization to handle the test under the supervision of the Athletic commission respective of the state where the fight is going to be held.

I think there's nothing fishy about it, Floyd wants everything to be fair, this is getting it fair i should say....

i dont kno wat to say about this....clearly indefensible. everytime the goal post is set, arum seems to find a way to move it. usada oversees the drug testing for us atheletes for the ioc! wtf is his point? the same testing protocol. completely indefensible.

USADA is the national anti-doping organization for the Olympic movement in the United States (source: http://www.usada.org/about). The USADA is funded by U.S. federal grant. arum wants a neutral organization meaning international (not belonging to the U.S). USADA are responsible for implementation of, the World Anti-Doping Code in the U.S, yes. But arum wants an international organization so possibly he wants WADA (whom are led by by the International Olympic Committee [IOC]) themselves to oversee everything involving testing.

Are you ok? WADA themselves? I'm done with you, man. If you don't know what you're talking about (which you don't), LEAVE IT ALONE.

How exactly do they handle testing across the world? Please tell me - I need a good laugh.

How would this be different if they use the same protocol?

And why does Arum continue to say (What happens if a fighter test positive)

Both fighters should be clean right?

If I knew my fighter was 100% clean, I would never make these comments.
This is like the second time I've heard this from Bob.

                      Also why not use USADA?
Both fighters fight and train in the USA.
I wouldn't trust some asian company like RADA.
