I seen nothing wrong with what Arum has said, its common knowledge that the US is renowned for letting drug cheats slip under the carpet, so why's it such a bad idea for letting someone like WADA conduct the testing? if possible?

according to bob arum he doesn't think usada is a neutral enough organization to do the random blood testing for the pac vs floyd fight. I was just trying to explain why he might think this.

So Pacquiao makes all his money in the sport in the United States...he will be training in the United States leading up to the fight...and all of Pacquiaos fights in the last ten years have been in the United States...but we can't have him tested by a totally unbiased organization in the USADA, you need to let us pick an agency to do the testing...

it's not that simple. the testing like this is done randomly and multiple times in a span of weeks or even months. so talk about organization makes a lot of sense, because pac isn't going to spend all his time in the us, so they will have to come to him to the phillipines. and this is certainly a job for an international organization. you can't have USADA do testing in the phillipines that much is clear.

does it really matter? they can test you at any time and anywhere. even if you're not training. at any hour even. i've read in sports papers athletes get tested late nights/early hours. some have openly complained about this.
