it isnt. my su****ion is that arum wants to have some control over the agency that does the testing. why he wants that control, i dunno. as if usada is gonna jerk pac around. the old guy is just being as annoying as possible to find some hitch to keep the fight from happening imo. this was never an issue b4 and all of a sudden we agree but we choose the organization?? seriously? floyd's camp did say in the last negotiations that they were willing to compromise on the organization so i think it'll backfire in the end. but arum is a real piece of work.

so what if it's another organization who will conduct the testing aside from usada? as long as it's an agency recognized by the IOC that should be fine.

pac's team believe that usada is not nuetral when it comes to this fight so it's their right to request a different organization. what's wrong with that?
