a. implementing the ost testing as part of an amended testing procedure

the above being an off-shoot of pbf's camp failure to submit a deposition to the courts; a deposition that could have established the need for an amended testing procedure.....

this is issue is not yet settled or fully addressed as the ost proponents are just using media, this froum included, as a sort of trial by publicity..

Wrong again. There were no contracts signed, only proposals from both sides. If you have any evidence of a signed contract, post it. Do you even know what a contract is? To top it all, you still continuing to rant about these 7 excuses. Man, you're definitely losing it.

There are no more old men and bums left for Pacquiao to hide behind, although I am sure that Arum will attempt to peddle Cintron, Jones, and the Cotto/Margo winner..... and Manny's inept fanbase will likely support it
