the fact that the ost proponents have NOT convinced the authorities on:
a. implementing the ost testing as part of an amended testing procedure
the above being an off-shoot of pbf's camp failure to submit a deposition to the courts; a deposition that could have established the need for an amended testing procedure.....
this is issue is not yet settled or fully addressed as the ost proponents are just using media, this froum included, as a sort of trial by publicity..Comment

Wrong again. There were no contracts signed, only proposals from both sides. If you have any evidence of a signed contract, post it. Do you even know what a contract is? To top it all, you still continuing to rant about these 7 excuses. Man, you're definitely losing it.Comment

There are no more old men and bums left for Pacquiao to hide behind, although I am sure that Arum will attempt to peddle Cintron, Jones, and the Cotto/Margo winner..... and Manny's inept fanbase will likely support it
But I feel that Pac's time has run out, everybody has already seen the Manny circus, and punters are sick of Pacquiao's exhibition match-up's against less than inspiring opponents.

let us say for discussion's sake that pac faced "worthless, old, shot, bum fighters" while pbf was on vacation....when pbf was not yet available for one reason or another.....when pbf decided on an excursion of publicly humiliating pac..............when pbf decided to lead a crusade on ost testing; a crusade that is not really brought to the right venue/authorities...
when pbf was trying to impose his will on another fighter.....etc, etc....
do you rather pac also stayed idle and not fought other fighters????....

i hope it happens right after the pbf vic fight and pac vs jmm fight.....
