The HW division needed a blood transfusion and Haye is keeping it alive at the moment. The excitement has been missing for a long, long time.

David Haye is exciting not just because of his mouth. In fact there is a gentlemen at heavyweight that may talk even more trash than David Haye, a Mr James Toney.

What Haye has done is make it slightly more exciting because he is a threat. Athletically, verbally and boxing wise. I am a Haye fan, I saw him when he was 17, but I can see he is doing this for himself, deep down. He doesn't care for boxing, he wants to earn his money, and get out. It is easy for him to say he is saving boxing, but then he will retire in Oct this year. That is not good for boxing.

Vitali Klitscko to me is very exciting. I enjoy watching him as much as I do Haye.

Let me put it another way.. if Ortiz wasn't fighting floyd would YOU still stand by your statement that he is the "2nd best welterweight who is young, prime & coming off a huge win" comment?

        c'mon justify.

Floyd has made his career from cherrypicking fighters that have no chance against him. If you think that makes floyd the best you probably settle for average things in your life. The same can be said for Berto. He cherrypicked opponents all throughout his undefeated career. His loss to Ortiz was expected. So how can that be a great win. Floyd and berto were both cut from the same cherry picking cloth.

Your only argument is from the berto fight? so his previous fights dont matter now is it? your kidding yourself.. you wouldnt know if khan, judah, or bradley can beat him convincingly yet your saying he is right for floyd because he got KD twice and won in the end and you cant deny that he quit and got KD 2x as well!. lol

It's the only argument I need. All that, that **** u talking was not at welterweight. So therefore has no bearing on anything that happens at welterweight. But like I said,if Pacman wasn't so busy fighting shot fighters on ppv & unified & beat Berto,(like he didn't),Ortiz wouldn't be champion & 2nd best & Floyd wouldn't be fighting him.U mad??Blame Pacman.

However Mr Mayweather, a face of boxing who also trash talks, and often disrespects his opponents, has been accused of numerous offences, mainly assault. Now it is clear that no one supports hitting a woman, threatening your own child, and getting your body guards to shoot at, or beat others.

Is his violence outside the ring giving boxing a bad name?
i think its more like Floyd jr is giving boxing more attention with his antics.... at the expense of his name and reputation as a human being.

                      (he's an EXCELLENT boxer though)
