Any negotiaiting of a cutoff point raises flags. You have to admit that. Can you imagine if ARod or Jeter(1 clean, 1 dirty) asked to know when tests were?

If you feel that way fine but that makes no sense. Floyd didn't win anything. He signed to fight and Manny didn't because there was a clause in the contract for PED testing for both fighters. If this didn't happen none of the other things would have occurred.

Manny fans like you know this so they blame floyd for asking for PED testing because the fight woul've occurred if this wasn't in the contract. Floyd fans blame manny because there is no honest or valid reason to not have both fighters engage in PED testing. Instead of floyd dropping the request, they put the onus on PAc to take them because if Manny takes them, none of the other BS happens.

No because I don't religiously waste my time looking for evidence to support or defend this argument. A quick Google of the issue, leads me to one video from Mayweather Sr, and a bunch of opinionated articles.

Rightfully so you don't, since it's the job of the legal team to gather evidence and i don't need to point it out to you since you don't have an interest to the case at all unless you're actually Floyd.

The only thing i can tell you though is that the Mayweather's family has such big mouths, no pun intended, and that's the curse of being an idiot! Those opinionated articles is simply the precursor of the portent things to come which Pac's legal team can use to bloster their case and even justify their monetary claims as the defamation has not stopped until now even that innocently made shirt by the "comedian" can be made evidence that pac's been maliciously defamed everywhere continuously due to the mayweather's big mouths.
