Almost everyday, the defamation is ongoing, especially this fighthype article. Don't you think this can't be used as evidence? The defamation is continuing, it did not stop on the Mayweather's big mouth, it's like a noose closing in tighter and tighter.
    Like I've said before...

My honest opinion is that BT is really reaching with this email. He shouldn't have answered it or at least just say he rather not talk about it because he doesn't know if it's true or not, looks like he's just speculating.

With that said, what I am confused about is why has Team Pacquiao not sue Tim Smith and Teddy Atlas, I know they did not start this but the Mayweathers and GBP did not start the PED allegations either as eaner already posted who started it and they were still sued, Mayweathers just went along with it. Or why didn't Team Pacquiao attempted to investigate who said this about them? Looks like they just wished this went under the rug and didn't even try to take any legal action against any one, for whatever reason. Maybe it was just such nonsense that they didn't pay any mind to it.

Man, you should know better since you live there.
Our laws is patterned with the US including the courts. What's missing with us in the Philippines is the trial by jury sytem. That's the only difference, everything is the same as we even cites US jurisprudence on local cases in the Philippines.

Slander is a criminal offense. Its penalty may not be death and no jail but your record will show ex-convict once proven guilty. Tort only comes after that which Pac's camp needs to establish they indeed lost money due to the defamation.

I personally go back to the 1st negotiation because that seems to be the one that actually included all the necessary parties and got us closer to the fight then all the summer BS.

Its not about blaming pac. Seriously you gotta get off that. For me its about Pac fans and the way they go about justifying actions they wouldn't accept form others.
he's improving so that's good thing right? from 14 days down to 7 days...who knows he might agree to no cutoff next time. isn't that a good thing for you? i'm actually hoping he would agree to no cutoff. if he doesn't agree then i'm off the train.

you keep on going back to the first negotiation because you're a floyd fan plain and simple and there's no way to sugarcoat it. if that was a boxing round floyd won that one in a dominating fashion and you want it stop right there but i don't...i want a 2nd round.

You are definitely reaching. The lawsuit does not stop the fight from happening.

What circumstantial? Are you even aware what does it mean?
Coming from the horse mouth is circumstantial? There are too many of them thus why ODLH had to negotiate a settlement as it's a no contest case.

What's circumstantial is the allegation that Pac is on ped's. that's the problem *****s here is not aware of, you need to show proof he is indeed juicing and no amount of sending made up emails or articles can't make it as proof or photoshopped pictures.

The slander is real and it is printed, broadcasted on videos and network tv, and even here on the internet is ongoing daily. What's circumstantial in that you can see it for yourself in front of you?
