Infamous emails sent from Team Pacquiao to Team mayweather

I don't really care, to be honest. I got all I needed to know when Manny sued 800 people and left them out. BTW, one of the charges Manny brought up was accusing Floyd of telling Smith that. Why then wouldn't he bring up a charge to journalist for publishing that? Weird.

Well, it does comeback to what exactly was published. It would be one thing if the NY Daily News printed "Proof of Pacquiao's PED USE Inside!" aligning themselves with the article in comparison to what they actually did which was publish an article based on someone else's allegations (which is done quite often in all walks of media). Let's also not forget, newspapers today aren't meant to inform people of the "news" more than providing entertaining / controversial materiel to trigger people to buy the newspaper / magazine. I mean, look at the articles this site alone posts lol.

You are asking a different question. I can't answer why the emails, if they exist, haven't surfaced. If they have evidence why not show it already, can't answer that either. But I can speculate. You ever play poker?

When you have a good hand do you throw down a large bet, perhaps scaring off others or do you bet small and draw the opponents in to get the pool bigger so you can win more?

If those emails were to be released, it would be so easy to trace and i won't be surprised if it will be traced to floyd's camp.

Why would they ask Floyd to produce that? When did Tim Smith ever say Floyd gave him info? If Manny wanted the courts to bring this out, he would've included Smith.

Is it probable that the emails exist? Sure thing. But, it's also possible that Smith went with a trusted reliable source in the past that didn't quite have the whole facts this time around.

And, like Ben Thompson said in his article. If the email was sent, it could have been sent by someone on Pac team that's not in the boxing dealings. Since there are so many people that represent him in so many ways.

Whatever the case I feel this is just ridiculous. I understand why sue GBP. Because, what GPB(Oscar) said was contradictory and harmful. But, I still have trouble understanding why sue the Mayweathers for giving A: an opinion and B: trying to better the sport.
