I swear Floyd extremist fans are just as pathetic as Pac extremist fans.

Fucking excuses after excuse for bullshit ass fights.
How do you figure? Floyd fought Judah and Baldo to become THE WW Champion. What did Pac gain by fighting Mosley who hadn't won a fight since Jan 2009? Bob called it "entertainment".

Mayweather had just moved up to WW, who else would he have fought to get the title of WW champion back in 2006?

btw way homie, I'm a throw back fan of Pac's and in 2006 I was a MAJOR supporter. Up until 2008 that is.

At the end of the day he didn't have to fight Zab Judah. The fight was agreed upon, but nothing was signed. After Judah lost to Baldomir. Both Margarito and Spinks were options to fight Floyd. Then Judah mention he would take even less money to what was agreed upon. While Arum didn't think the Spinks fight could sell. And, for some reason Floyd wanted no part of Marg. That they still went with Judah.

But, they didn't have to fight Judah after the lose. There is no excuse for that fight to happen after Judah lost to a damn journeyman. There was other options out there.
jrosales you seem to be an extremist to me. and that sigh shet is really ****** because someone agreed with you. Many have agreed with me too but that doesn't make anyone right or wrong. And if you want to keep hammering Mayweather fighting Judah what about Manny fighting Erik Morales when Morales had just lost to Zahir Raheem who couldn't have been considered a journeyman? STFU already.

But, don't try to sell the Judah fight on me. That fight shouldn't of happened after Judah lost to a journeyman. It was a whack decision by Floyd to go on with that fight.

And, the excuses I'm hearing is that Judah was ranked. Where so was Mosley when he fought Pac. Doesn't take away from that fight being straight garbage that shouldn't of happened.

Of that Judah had a title...But, that's because Baldomir didn't pay the sanctioning fee. Like really why even mention this?

It's the excuses on why garbage fight gets made are ridiculous.

EVERYONE called for the fight...... how do you not know that? Judah SHOULDN'T have lost but he did so Floyd fought both guys that where highly ranked. What is your deal?

Everybody called it before Judah lost. After losing to a journeyman the fight shouldn't of happened. I don't care that he fought Baldo next. Good for Floyd...Doesn't take away the fact that the Judah fight was a waste of time.

He could of fought Margarito instead, even though he was pushing for Spinks for some reason. Or he could have fought Baldo and then fight Marg later that year.

There was no reason to fight Judah. People were calling for Judah prior to him losing to Baldomir. After the Baldomir nobody was really calling for that fight. And, the reason was because he lost to a damn journeyman.

Who cares if he was highly ranked. So was Mosley, it doesn't take away the fact that it was garbage now does it and a waste of time, now does it?

If Floyd was trying to avenge a lost. Then I could stomach it. However, the 3rd fight with Morales absolutely garbage and a waste of time.

No he fought Baldomir to become the WW champ. He fought Judah to waste time.

Who else could he have fought to gain a title? I don't know maybe the longest reigning title holder at the time, perhaps.

And, what's the point for your last paragraph?

Barrera was highly ranked at 130.

However, that was a garbage unnecessary rematch that Pac took. There was no need for that fight. That was a waste of time.

Especially considering that there were other better fights out there. Like Soto, Guzman, and JMM(who he eventually fought next)

But, just because he fought JMM next. Doesn't take away the fact that the Barrera rematch was lame as fuck now does it?

Besides Baldomir, Zab also lost to Clottey, Cotto, Floyd and Spinks .... Zab basically lost half of his WW fights and had problems with all the good WWs and even some not so good ones! Just look at which division Zab is now ... 140

You can't use triangle theories to justify what Floyd would have done to them. Remember that Cotto beat Mosley but lost Margarito who Mosley KOed!

Furthermore, someone like Cotto should have fought Floyd when he was still undefeated ... around the time Cotto fought Mosley. Even most of the Floyd fans hoped for that! As for them other opponents, Floyd had the time to fight them all but didn't!

BUT the point is that if you don't fight them you can't get credited nor use their names to build up your legacy .... that's what Floyd is missing .... that plus if he had that partner (opponent) to dance with that could have brought him up another level in stature.....

Barrera was a money fight. Had there been no lawsuit between GB-TR on Pac's contract, Pac would have fought the Barrera who was coming of a 7 fight winning streak and was P4P# 4. But instead JMM got to that MAB first.

Morales III was an obligatory fight that Pac had to make. A rematch clause that was exerted by EM after their second fight.
