Morales III was an obligatory fight that Pac had to make. A rematch clause that was exerted by EM after their second fight.
Just because it was a money fight doesn't take away that it was a garbage unnecessary rematch. It shouldn't of happen especially when you got better fights out there like Soto and Guzman(who wrote a letter calling Pac out and was a title holder undefeated)

Morales 3rd garbage pathetic as well.

Like I said earlier extremist Floyd fans are just like extremist Pac fans. They make excuses after excuses for garbage fights.

He could of fought Margarito instead, even though he was pushing for Spinks for some reason. Or he could have fought Baldo and then fight Marg later that year.

There was no reason to fight Judah. People were calling for Judah prior to him losing to Baldomir. After the Baldomir nobody was really calling for that fight. And, the reason was because he lost to a damn journeyman.

Who cares if he was highly ranked. So was Mosley, it doesn't take away the fact that it was garbage now does it and a waste of time, now does it?
Judah was a good fighter and just because he lost a fight doesn't change that at that time. You talk down Judah being highly ranked because he lost before Mayweather fought him, what is your opinion on Pac fighting Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, Margarito and Mosley? All fighters that lost, some lost VERY badly but yet Pac fought them.

IMO Mayweather vs Judah was a great fight. I enjoyed that and looked forward to that than Mayweather vs Baldo (who was the champion at the time Floyd fought him). Just like Mosley was and now Ortiz is.

What is it about Mayweather fighting Judah that has you so negative? You and everyone else with common sense know he wasn't going to fight anyone under his former promotional banner (Margarito) and STILL has yet to.

It is what it is, at the end of the day no matter who Floyd fights people will complaine and that includes Pac as after the fact people will still say its not enough for Floyd.

I know what your trying to say but comparing Mayweather vs Judah/Baldo at the time Floyd fought them to Pac vs Mosley at the time Pac fought them is nothing a like other than the ring magazine ratings. Mosley can thank Floyd for that rating as he was irrelevant.

Nuff said. and stop repeating me!! Gave a good count against Mayweather the best fighter pound for pound and not against Baldimor!!!
Not that it really matters, but he didn't give Forrest a good fight...It's a wonder he wasn't KO'ed in that fight.

In all honesty, you may be mixing up the Forrest/Quartey fight with the Baldi one. Baldie was dominated...Quartey's fight with the Viper can be debated on who won.

Please Take Note: ^^^This has nothing to do with what you and Jro are talking about...That line just stuck out to me.

Who else could he have fought to gain a title? I don't know maybe the longest reigning title holder at the time, perhaps.

And, what's the point for your last paragraph?
He fought Judah because EVERYONE asked for it even though he lost to Baldo, he did what everyone asked just not at the exact time everyone wanted it. Same will be said for him fighting Pac. WHICH will be the reason everyone will bytch about that.

Again you know Floyd wasn't going to fight a fighter under Bob who he just fired.

The last paragraph relates to being a fan of both fighters and as you complane about Mayweather fighting a guy coming off a loss like Judah. I raise the BS flag for Pac since 2008 on...... However I give credit where credit is due for the catchweight Cotto fight.

How many times do I have to repeat myself on my opinions on Pac opponents. I have done so in this thread on 4 different occasions already.

Garbage waste of time fights are garbage was of time fights period. I don't give a damn if it's Floyd, Pac, Tito, Roy, Bradley, Moreno, whoever. No excuses for garbage ass fights that waste time to take place when you're on an elite level surface. Especially if you're only fighting twice a year.

Why couldn't Floyd fight Margarito instead of Judah again?

And, LOL @ Judah and Mosley being nothing alike.

              Oh the hypocrisy

Everyone was not calling for that fight...Pre-Baldie? Sure. Post Baldie, that fight lost a ton of steam.

Many fight fans, and experts alike gave Floyd flack about chosing to fight Zab after his loss. Brain Kenny really dug into Floyd about the fight. Many, and I mean many people felt Zab lost his shot, and should not have got one.

Anyway, just clearing up the everyone line.

                As you were.

Everybody asked for Judah prior to Judah losing to Baldomir. Nobody was demanding that fight after that overrated fighter lost to a journeyman.

I'm confuse as to why you keep saying that Floyd wouldn't fight under Bob, when we talking about the Judah fight?

I raise the BS flag on Pac pre 08 post 08 doesn't matter. What is your point?

I agree with merchant... by not fighting bradley is losing valuable time and momentum. but if timmeh signs with GBP or Top Rank, he will easily gain that momentum back, but he's got to make moves soon.
