Pac fans will not hate Larry Merchant cause he makes sense bringing in Canelo Alvarez and Morales in the equation for Mexican Indefendence Day, for sure JMM v Pac is bigger than Floyd v Ortiz. It makes more than two fights to outdo Pacman.

Because Floyd already was signed to fight Zab Judah who was the then "Undisputed WW champion" after beating Corey Spinks in St Louis. Zab was a legit challenge for the whole ball of wax at WW but surprisingly, Zab lost to Carlos Baldomir. Floyd still fought Zab eventhough he lost because he wanted to honor his contract but Zab just took less AND still had one of the belts that Baldomir didn't want to pay for. Then Floyd Floyd fought Baldomir and became the Lineal champion at WW. It wasn't Margarito, Cotto or Williams. Pac fans and most people in general try to **** on Floyd but don't know what's up with his career and the behind the scene dealings.

Komandante you are as dumb as they come dude. Regardless of HBO or Showtime hinting a damn thing; the fact of the matter is: they don't know boxing like the boxers! They are just advertiser execs for fights who try to make fights so they can make as much money as possible. But they all have agendas. As for HBO, Larry Merchant most notably hate Mayweather and he have followers such as Jim Lampley and etc.
Floyd is not with showtime so they too have their own separate agendas; but explain why Packing Steriods is not being called out for fighting a bunch of has-been tire retreads one fight after another!! Whereas, Mayweather gets heat for fighting in their prime fighters!!
