* Is in his prime.
* Is on top of his game.
* Is coming off a win.
* Has a distinct (technical) advantage.
It is largely Mayweather's reticence which is preventing the fight, not Pacquaio's. So if you are of the opinion (which I have to assume that you are) that Mayweather is p4p #1, Pacquaio's clear willingness to have this fight happen should be enough to stop you from making ludicrous assertions against his bravery or 'masculinity'.
