I got Floyd by TKO late....around the 9th or 10th Floyd should have disected the young lion enough to cause the corner to wave the flag....but Vic will start strong and cause Floyd some problems early....he'll try to impose his will and when he finds out Floyd is no push-over for bully fighters....Floyd be putting some mean ass whippings on those type of cats...so once Vic gets touched up and switches up...its a rap!!....he's too mentally immature in boxing years imo to implement the right game plan to defeat one of the most talented boxers of my lifetime...naw...but he can land that Tarver type shot that caught Roy while he was slippin'.....Vic has a punchers chance for about 4 or 5 rounds....then its one way traffic...a Floyd Mayweather highlight reel party
I expect Vic to perform better than he ever has. I think 147 is the right weight for him. But I think he is in real trouble because floyd needs to look good here. Floyd by wide UD, with Vic getting knocked down at least twice.

        good threads

I think this is the 4th best fight for floyd that can be made

1st is pac, 2nd martinez and 3rd cotto

IMO this will be a one sided beat down, ortiz is the guy who got taken out by maidana and almost lost to peterson

mayweather will have no problem beating him as the gulf in class is way too much, not sure how many people will buy this, it certainly wont be competitive

Yet just weeks ago you thought Ortiz would be good on Pac's resume.

So Ortiz ENHANCES Floyds legacy right?

If Ortiz wins i'm a fan for life.

Not only has he been showing gigantic gorilla balls lately, but he's taking on the top dog and I know he's gonna bring everything on fight night and we're gonna see a show.

the cards are stacked against Victor...not only is he going up against a superior boxer, he's also about to be thrust upon a major spotlight...this is big time prize fighting...i hope the pressure doesnt get to him during the build up

He might thrive under it. I think a lack of motivation was the cause of that draw against Peterson.

I was thinking about this, too. It almost certainly will get to him. He still comes off as too much of a "kid" sometimes. And I think that when Mayweather is in face, talking trash, that it's really going to bother him.

It's going to be interesting to see how he handles Mayweather trying to intimidate him.
