I get what you say, but Pacquiao and Mayweather will not fight him for the same reasons that he will not fight Bute, Dirrell, Ward, Froch, Pascal or Hopkins.

And Arum will not feed one of his fighters to Martinez, so he can get more recognition, Dibella should do his job and promote Martinez better so it will make sense economically to fight him.
