no they do release the numbers. They don't have to but they do.

You could suspect they are lying though, but thats something different.

Anyways, UFC's businessmodel is SUPERIOR to that of the current boxings. I'm sure we will see regular UFC events for free on a prime network channel before boxing.

BUT... Nothing beats a big fight in boxing. Absolutely nothing in sports comes even close to that epic feeling.

you say the sports is garbage, so how would you know. You dont actually watch something you think is garbage do you?

MMA has more future stars developing than boxing currently. Who will take over when Manny and floyd soon retire? Soon-to-be-30 donaire?
It's actually more about PR and hype, than actual athletic ability when it comes to building stars.
Noone cares about Chad Dawson or Andre Ward no matter how good they are.

That's being biased and an opinion like what I'm about to say. As a fan of both sports, when you watch a mega fight on both sides, it's the same.

The thing about the UFC is, the fans cry for a fight and it usually ends up happening, which is what most boxing fans can't say.

I agree, but there just aren't that many sadly.

You guys are not mentioning a KEY element.

The UFC is a league, an organization. Boxing is a sport. There isnt a league. So duh Dana can make fights much easier. Hes the BOSS over his LEAGUE. The fighters SIGNED to the UFC are under him.

He has no control over fighters in different MMA "leagues". Its liek comparing apples and oranges. The UFC is a league.

                  That's a nice thought, but it's not a fact.

The facts are simple. Outside of this country -- where people exist, I like to remind people -- boxing still rules. Japan, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Russia, all of Europe really. So, that's as simple as you can cut it.

As far as wrestling goes, wrestling has far more history and has a history of staying fairly popular throughout the world. It's a far more polished product and has far more worth in this country and any other country, for that matter. These aren't opinions. These are facts.

Boxing is the better business model. Look at how much boxing champs have been getting paid since the early 1900's
