More facts and truth left out of your ****** posts. yeah there is nothing wriong with asking a welterweight to move up to jr middle or middlewweight, only if he is a true welterweigt who started his career at welterweight or near welterweight. As you conveniently left out Manny did not start his career at welterweight, he started it at 108. Every fighter has a maxout wieght class and Manny has reached his. To think he has to continually jump higher weight classes is ridiculous and has never been asked of anyone else. He is not Superman.
Just look at how hard it is for natural welterweights to move up and win the middleweight title, even great welterweights with a big punch. Look what happened to Felix Trinidad, a big tall natural welter, he looked small and weak compared to a natural middleweight Bernard Hopkins. Oscar De La Hoya, a tall welterweight again failed to defeat the middleweight champ. Not to mention he looked so much smaller against Hopkins and it was obvious Hopkins was too strong for him. Now you want Manny who is 4-5 " shorter than Trinidad and Del la Hoya, and probably walks around at 30-40 lbs lighter than Oscar and Trinidad to move up and fight the middleweight champ. Why are you not asking MArtinez to move up and fight Bute? That is a reasonable question that needs to be answered by morons like yourself.

I give up, *******s can't be changed!! There whole reason they watch boxing is because of Pacquiao, if the odds are favor are not in Pacquiaos, they don't want any part of it.

You guys remind me of Tyson fans in the 90's, they swore Tyson was unbeatable, and once he got in there with real Comp, he was wiped out, he was done..

I guess yall would go away when Pacquaio retires, and if thats the case, i can't wait until he does.

Martinez put on more muscle recently, it's was publicised so he would be stronger at middleweight. If he wanted to fight Pac, why on earth did he do that? Now he's going to find it difficult to get back down to 154, and a low 150s catchweight is impossible.

If Manny is really the greatest of all time, he should fight Sergio?? You know why? Because all the other ATGs moved up in weight, Ray Leonard, Tommy Hearns, Roberto Duran, Marvin Hagler.

            Why not Pacquiao?

What this dude talking about? Do you have any idea how many weight class Pacquiao moved up in weight? Pacquiao started at Flyweight and he moved up 10 weight classes already up to Jr. Middleweight. just FYI if you don't no shi_t about boxing!

How is the odds in Pacquiao's favor when he's being asked to fight the MIDDLEWEIGHT champ?

              That's all I'm asking?

I disagree. While I have Sergio as the P4P Guy right now, I think he's too big for Manny, and Roach and them know it.

I remember Roach and them talking about how when Manny fought Margarito that those punches hurt and that he realized he'd sort of hit the wall as far as how high he could go, because the guys up there were just too big and strong.

So I think it'd be an interesting fight, but I think the size difference is a bit much for Manny.

Trindad didn't look like a small Middleweight. He was a beast but lost to a great fighter in Bernard Hopkins. BTW Bute isn't available at the moment as his next 3 fights are already matched out. Mendy, Kessler and the winner of the Super 6.
