And you still did not address the Margarito point. Manny said he was hurt badly in that fight. I think Margs weighed something like 165 on fight night? Or something like that. How in the hell is that fair? He dominated him, but took some major punishment. The dude does NOT belong at that weight.

Don't penalize him because he beats the sh** out of everyone he fights. Penalize the competition. Or call Floyd and beg him to step up.

Just because Pacquiao beat up a fake 154 pounder a catchweight doesnt mean he's ready to face real 154 pound fighters who walk around 180 pounds between fights

The fact they are 2 divisions apart and could conceivably meet at 154 is a MIRAGE. Martinez is too big. It's completely irresponsible for the trainer and promoter to pit their prize fighter against someone who would outweigh them by 20 pounds plus in the ring....these guys arent heavyweights for chrissake

Manny did this to him self. He has taken soft touches as of late, looked great doing it and now people want to see him truly challenge. I mean Manny has had enough easy paydays as of late, let him be the underdog and show the world how great he is.

Yeah as much as I like Pac as a fighter, Arum is ruining the sport. In fact, Pac should have been in there with Berto instead of Shame Mosley. That fight would have done more for him, than chasing a scared rabbit around the ring for 12 rounds.

But Arum probably blocked that. Plus Manny should be more involved and vocal about his possible opponents and his career in general. That is my only knock on him.

Listen, yeah people want to see him in with better competition, BUT wtf can he do if his weight class has none? You can't just automatically expect him to put his health at risk at a higher weight class than his body can handle, to f**king satisfy you??!

What he should do, is look for better competition at the slightly lower weights, since that is his natural weight anyway (Khan, Bradley, somebody!) Other than that, stay busy until Floyd decides to step in. Or just retire. But to ask him to go up and take that punishment again, just so you can see a one sided beat down of Pac, is ridiculous.

I would rather see him fight Ortiz at WW. He's young, hungry, live opponent, coming off a great win.
