There is no one better than Floyd Mayweather left for Manny to fight, sure there are the young lions, Berto, Bradley, Ortiz, but none of these guys at the time have the ability to be able to beat Pacquiao.

you are right; the more body mass you have, the lower the percentage between strength per pound.
