    Differences between Martinez and Pacquiao
Pac a short lightweight fighter who move up in weight and fight big guys!

Martinez: A Big guy whose picking smaller guy thinking of going down instead of moving up in weight and prove him self how good he is.

since martinez is looking for a big fight and thinking of draining him self out, try to loose more weight to 150lbs and his probably will land a big fight with pacquiao since martines is too scared to fight in SMW and fight fighter of his own size!

Anyone who believes Martinez should move up to 168 should pretty much consider themselves a ****ing ****** and hit themselves in the head with a tackhammer.

Martinex has hardly even adjusted to 160, has weighed in well under the limit each time, and never had any trouble making 154 before that.

The jump to 168 has proven to be one of the toughest, if not the toughest, jumps in boxing.

Only a hater, and a moron, would suggest that Martinez should or needs to move to 168.

On top of the fact that he has no business making the jump at this point, you'd be ****** to think he is going to land any of the big fights at 168 in the next 18 months.

Kessler, nor Bute are even going to consider Martinez. They both think they are in line to fight the Super 6 winner for just keeping active and beating bums, the last thing they would do would be risk their shot by facing Martinez.

Dirrell is in no shape to fight him and needs a fight or two before he is ready. The best fight Martinez could probably land at 168 right now is a rematch with Kelly Pavlik.

And some of you think moving up to 168 is the "smart" thing to do or something he needs to do "to prove himself"

        LMAO.

tall order. How can they not be favored? They're the top p4p guys..
If Pacman/Floyd ever fight Martinez(like I know he wants them to) and if its at a catchweight, I still blame Martinez for being a bully and going down instead of moving up.. Look how big he is next to these guys.

Pacquiao is a great fighter but let's face it, he and Cotto are scared of or not bothered with fighting Martinez, a great boxer/ puncher they know would beat them.

Cotto would be the best matchup at 154. It would be a huge seller and payday. Manny vs Martinez would never happen, ever.

im glad somebody else remembered reading that article too. man if you weigh 177 pounds TWO MONTHS into your training camp, for a fight at 158 pounds, or whatever the catchweight was for the PW rematch, you have plenty natural size to fight at super middle weight.

They say Mayweather fans enable him by siding with him all time right? Which is true, well Pac fans enable him and Roach by agreeing that Sergio is too big.

Why does Martinez want to drain himself down instead of taking a real challenge by moving up in weight? Stop picking on Pacquiao and fight some bigger men.
