Martinez has had to beg and plead, switch weight classes multiple times, and still can't land a fight. Cotto, Chavez Jr, Canelo... all just pretend he doesn't exist and get away with it.

Not me - Ive spoken out about wanting pacquiao to make the fight; i think pacquiao beats him as long as they fight at even weight. sergio should have to cut himself down if he wants to fight pac - anything over 147 and manny has to add fat. i think 151 is more then fair - seeing how sergio has fought at WW before, and how he claims to be so small

Sergio Martinez would murder Manny Pacquiao. There is a reason why Pac ain't fighting no winners or guys looking good in their fights prior. Arum said it already that people just pay for Pac because of entertainment value and not because of competitiveness.

Like I've been saying for years, Bob Arum has an agenda... and it's not about matching the best vs the best. The irony struck hot this past weekend.

He shouldn't. Cotto may not be the best at 154 but if Martinez wants money fights at 160 or 154 Cotto is the best he can do. 154 has many more options than 160, if Martinez can make 154 it's a good move.

160 has Chavez for money, and Pirog for status. That's it.

I think Sergio is looking in the wrong direction. He walks around at 180, so why go back to 154? GO UP TO 168!!!

He could fight Bute, Kessler, then the winner of the Super Six.
