David Diaz obviously is the much better fighter.

On the other hand, most people can see Pac would be favoured of beating Duran, Benitez, and Hearns as well.
no one can see pac beating any of these greats, duran is the greatest lightweight ever, benitez defense is too good for pac, and one right hand from hearns would murder pac

        • [QUOTE=Stromprophet;10429981]De La Hoya is commonly ranked above both Hagler and Hearns. Mosely is ranked around the same area. Mayweather ranked slightly lower. Personally I think Hagler is vastly over rated. He retired early, and he didn't fight enough competition. JMM,
MAB, Morales are all ranked in the 40s of the top 50 fighters of all time. Hearns and Hagler are ranked in the 30s.

Margarito is one of the five most respected guys in boxing history just look at the guys he beat, a murders row of all time greats especially pre2005.

Not like he is an unrepentant cheater or anything of the sort.

            • I thought there were gonna be alot of Pac fans in this thread for Pac but its only one or two guys.

But yeah Im not boxing historian, far from it, but it seems Sugar Ray Leonard has far and away the better resume.

Doesnt mean Pac's is bad. Ray's is just better.

I wasn't being serious, my opinion on Margarito is or should be well known I have very little respect for him.

Dont be silly now. Beating a great lightweight and over rated weight drained Hearns and past it hagler dont mean you have a resume comparable to Pac. SRLs is very good but a little perspective is needed.

No historian worth his salt thinks SRL has a better resume than Pac.
