You act like he fought Marquez four times in that span or something. He fought Morales two extra times for no reason and Barrera a second time for no reason. Not to mention a slew of homecoming fights. He had chances. Just didn't do it. And let's face it, Guzman was a better challenge than the fading Barrera and the emaciated Morales who got battered by Raheem.

Fighting Morales two times or Barrera 1 more time is way better than fighting Guzman.
