Manny walked away from the biggest fight in the history of the sport over drug testing. Floyd even met him half way on the cut off that he wanted at the mediation and he still walked away.

Floyd paid the fine because he knew he couldn't make 144, I think that is pretty obvious. And, I thought that he should have came in that weight with that was what he agreed to, absolutely. But that in NO WAY does that warrant a 10 million dollar penalty for every pound that he would be over 147. And yea, every fighter has every right to ask for a fair fight IF THEY THINK that their opponent may be cheating. I get upset when you guys think that cheating doesn't happen just because this situation involves a fighter you personally like and one you guys don't like. And besides, if Manny is the clean fighter that he says he is, better testing should NOT be an issue-- at all. But after the way he and his team blew up about, there is no way they are going to fight without the testing.

People need to realize that ANY athlete is possible of cheating by using PEDS. That is the harsh reality in sports across the board.

The Mayweather camp didn't say it was "possible" they are declaring that Pacquiao is definitely using drugs because "they cannot believe" that an Asian can go up in weight and dominate fights...

If we graduate the situation towards POSSIBILITY that Pacquiao is using something are there any grounds to suspect that he definitely should test as a PROBABLE CAUSE?

It is based solely on the Mayweather's fears. In a court of law, their pleas would be shut down and there would be no case because there's no PROBABLE CAUSE or smoking gun.

Thus forcing the "alleged" user towards testing is inadmissible.
