Serious Question: Why did Pac ask Floyd to pay a 10 Million per pound weight penalty?

Why should he be expected to, when no boxing comission requires it? It is more about not being bullied by Floyd. Floyd is not bigger than the sport and should not dictate things that are not required. If the comission demanded it so be it, until they do Floyd should have to compromise.Because he thinks Pac is possibly cheating. I mean after all everyone on NSB admits what Pac is doing is pretty darn rare.
Mosley had no problems getting a needle. Now can you answer my question.
If Pac is clean why cant he take the tests? He gave Floyd an extreme demand. Shouldnt pac be able to accept an extreme demand that his opponent will also do?
Pac didnt have a 10 Million per pound limit on him.
I am not against the testing if that's what it takes to make the fight, but there has to be a compromise or this will never get done. This fight will never happen anyway. I don't beleive Floyd is intersted in fighting competitively anymore anyway. It's just about the money which is why he takes tune-ups and disappears for a year at a time.
Floyd knows that the Pacquiao camp would never agree to an extreme demand. This was all a pre-determined smear campaign by the Floyd camp which will rob the boxing fans of this fight, and try and place blame on Pacquiao. If Floyd really wanted this fight, it would get done. He won't take any fight this risky and risk his "0" this close to calling it quits.
I don't believe a loss in this fight would affect Manny as much as Floyd, because his "0" is all he has going for him.Comment

pac has been imposing his own weight restrictions on people for how long now? i didnt know that 10 mil per lb was the commissions rules..keep up dumbass. Why should he be expected to, when no boxing comission requires it? Don't you know? According to *******s Mayweather rehydrates to 165 lbs on fight night.
Pac needs every advantage he can get, and i mean EVERY advantage.Comment

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii ii
Yes, he tried his hardest by draining himself, lost his belt, was then forced to wear bigger gloves and then lost the fight.
Floyd took the easy way out by paying a guy who he just brought up 2 divisions to let him have a even bigger weight advantage
How do you know this? For all u know, Pac could've been eating cheeseburgers all through training camp. Are u saying you were following Pac back then? I doubt it. So how do u know what the hell happened? Maybe it was Pac that took the easy way out, not trying hard enough to make weight since he wanted to move up anyway, and was confident that he could win with any penalty they might give him. The Point is, YOU DONT KNOW. No one does.
For that matter, how do u know that Floyd took the easy way out. At the time, he had been at 147 for years. He took an almost 2 yr layoff and didn't make a 144 limit. So because u and others say so, that means FMJ didnt try to make the weight? Unless you were in both camps at the time of their training for their fights, its all speculation.
By the way, Pac came in overweight not once, BUT TWICE! He is the last one that should be imposing weight penalties on anyone.Comment

Yep and orginally they agreed to it. What did freddie say "No problem, we will take any test"? If Pac is sooo afraid of needles, gets weak from getting blood taken and needs a 4-5 days to get back to speed(proven wrong), is too superstitious or whatever the story of the moment is(remember all the different stories they came up with), then why would they agree to OST orginally, only to change their mind later? Could it be that FMJ accepted the 10 mil penalty and every other demand they made?Comment

neither did shane. floyd has never came in over weight for a fight at 47 and pac has come in over weight for a fight himself.
