I never said he fought Margarito and admit it was funny, you said I was downplaying Cotto. Its doesn't add to Pacs resume, his greatness hasn't changed from before that fight IMO and for the record I think Pac is greater than Bhop as I stated in the thread that was claiming that Bhop should be top 10 all time, which one fighter am I a fan of?Comment

If you don't think betting odds reflect the risk being taken by the underdog in the fight. You're hopeless. Point is that bhop will gladly take risks to prove himself vs fighters that most people think will beat him.
A lot of people hold those kinds of balls in high regards. Manny has not been doing that lately. AT ALL.
There's a wide gulf between the amount of risk bhop takes in his fights over the last couple of years compared to the other 2 best fighters of the last 15 yrs or so, that are still active. Very wide.
And manny is a certified badass. I like him a lot but his resumen is really being tarnished by his mayweatheresque recent run of competition.Comment

The only win that Pac has that's better than the Tito win is the Barrera win.
And, nobody mentions Pac win over Ledwaba, that's a very underrated win. Ledwaba was arguably the best 122 pound fighter at the time.
And, Pac took that fight on 3 weeks notice and destroyed Ledwaba.

lol
If the odds were based on stylistic matchups only then you would have a point, but they are not. They are heavily influenced by bets from fans, how the boxer looked in his last fight and all other factors. The fact that they can be so wrong, should tell you that they are nothing to really go by
Like who?
He is a defensive minded counter puncher a very bad match up for limited punchers like Pavlik, green Glen Johnson and Tito.
He was offered the following high risk fights:Calzaghe, Jones and Toney and he turned them all down
After Mosley im sure he will step up the level of competition
Doesnt matter, Pac resume is way above his
Hopkins has also tarnished himself badly. Jones II comes to mindComment
