But to answer your question, yes he cherry picked that fight because the opportunity presented itself for him to be able to claim a title in a weight he's not comfortable in. He did, added to his legacy and now is back at welter.

Not sure why he would have to face the middleweight champ when he's a welter. Perhaps people will claim for him to fight Bute, Klishko next

The fight was bogus, the title if I'm not mistaken was one of the major titles in the sport and if that's the case it ain't bogus so he is an 8 division champ regardless of what people would say to discredit that.

We all know that Manny already turned Martinez down so I say if Floyd doesn't accept the challenge then Martinez is #1 but let's get Floyd on record first. The dude has issues to attend to and deserves respect during the process but if he fights this year and says he won't fight Martinez after, Sergio becomes #1.
