How do you rate them against Cotto (145 after Margarito), reluctant Clottey (Who NEVER won a big fight) and Margarito (A guy who got caught cheating. KO'd and suspended in the same name, then fought a no name and didn't even look good doing it). Are you trying to tell me that those past Pac opponents are better than Williams, Pavlik and Dzinziruk?

i never rated pavlik. he is the epitome of brawler with no defence. the type of crap you guys discredit pac for fighting. Williams was a ko waiting to happen. Vastly overrated. and dzinzurik has fought no one.

pacquiao is fighting at his 7th weight class though 10 divisions and fighting top 5 welterweights in the world, cotto has gone on to win junior middle and looked good. clottey was ranked and cotto was ranked.

I agree with sergio that pac is #1 and that pac has to beat mosley impressively given that mosley is shot.

that said, pac failing to impress against mosley doesn't automatically make sergio #1... if sergio were to clean out MW and arum puts pac into more mismatches, then I'd be inclined to make sergio #1.

Going life and death with marquez both times, beating Diaz a poor bum, Fighting mayweather's Leftovers in hatton, and de la hoya (not to mention he drained de la hoya to 147 a weight which he hadn't competed in 8 odd years!!!), fighting Margarito's Leftover in cotto (coming off brutal loss and life and death with clottey), fighting a bum clottey at 147 but with cotto at 145???fighting mosley Leftover in margarito who got destroyed by mosley, (PAC fights guys coming off devastating losses), and now another mayweather leftover in mosley (dismantled by mayweather, don't even need to mention Mora).......

Pacquiao just beat the crap out of the guy who beat the crap out of Martinez while giving away 17 lbs. In case you don't know it - his name is Margarito. Now, don't you think Martinez should redeem himself by fighting Margarito?
Sorry to say this but right now, Margarito is the only common denominator and the result arrow is pointing towards Pacquiao. Martinez needs to stop calling out Floyd and Pac. Him calling out Floyd and Pac is like Floyd and Pac calling out Donaire. If he wants respect, call out the bigger dudes like Andre Ward or Lucian Bute. PW is a limp tree. Dzinziruk is a Joe Schmakately that no one has heard of. Or at least try to avenge the humiliation he received in the hands of Margarito.
