On Ring TV, it states that the trial was pushed back due to scheduling conflicts. The prosecution is working on another trial. There you have it folks...

yup! he serves no purpose on this planet other than to fight pacquiao... he will not fight him after this layoff without a tune up (altho lord knows he would not have the decency/respect to call it a tune up until maybe after the fight)... we r looking at BEST CASE SCENARIO early 2013 for Pac/May.... the sports world should be aware that it has already witnessed one of the biggest tragedies in boxing history; whats done is done, they will not fight in their primes. They will either not fight at all (bc Floyd will look/feel bad in his tune up and he'd much rather retire undefeated than stack his talents up against Pacquiao's) OR their fight will be like Roy Jones/BHop 2.

            It makes little difference.
The man does not wish to fight and jail time is still not out of the question.
Had he been a fighter who truly enjoyed the sport he could have been an all time great.
Sure. He will cash in one more time, probably against Manny, take his beating and whine away his remaining years.
With each round Pac fights, even against an old timer, he moves a length ahead of Mayweather.

ahhh, so floyd and his lawyer is nowhere to be found during the scheduled hearing, probably theyre looking for ways to require the judge to undergo OSDT in the duration of the trial, what the heck, they may demand it and also goes for everyone involved in the trial including big momma and kids and their lawyers and clerks of court.

It is not so cut and dry when a kid (or kids) are involved. I am not saying he won't get off with a slap on the wrist, I am just saying these are serious allegations of a repeat offender and his kids are in the mix. And you know people, they go way overboard and become super protective when it comes to children...

The judicial system loves delaying and pushing back hearing because it means more money for them. Its a win win for everyone involved.

The prosecution gets to work more on gathering evidence. This is a high profile case and if they win they will get alot of prestige which leads to bigger paydays.

The defense wins cause they get to keep charging Floyd for working on the case. Lawyer fee's ain't no joke especially if they are the best money can buy.

Floyd wins (for the time being) because his excuse to avoid fighting Pacquiao is still vaild.
