Floyd will not go down for this, the case will either fall apart or he will get a slap on the wrist. This whole case is based on some overblown domestic argument.

nope, its the defense team's the one delaying it, assuming the case gets longer, the evidence or witnesses concerned will eventually lost its credibility.
but i dont think it will work, its just the defense tactic. hence the case is getting much attention for publicity for the accused individual.

If that were the case, I believe there would be no point of a hearing and the case would've been settled out of court (especially if the prosecutors have no solid evidence or witnesses, which they apparently do).

The defense is delaying the case, not the prosecutors.

the defense team delayed the case once. its not specified who delayed the case this time. could have been the judge, could have been the da. either way i highly doubt the defense would be ****** enough to think that the strategy u layed out would actually work. it takes yeards for witnesses to become inaccurate. they dont have years to put off this trial.

whos to say it wont? in order for there to be a settlement, both sides typically like to see which each is working with. that hasnt happened because of the delays. roger didnt get a deal til yrs after he was indicted mind u.

That remains to be seen, but Floyd and Roger's cases don't mirror one another, especially considering Floyd's kid is one of the witnesses testifying against him along with the other evidence that's clearly present, otherwise it would be pointless to go through a court hearing thus heading into an actual case. If there wasn't enough evidence, the judge himself may have thrown this case out already as well.

                  *****

Floyd is CLEARLY asking for continuances so the timing will give him good excuses to avoid negotiationg a Pacquiao fight. What a big mouthed coward. At this point dont be surprised if he just pleads guilty so he can be locked up till Manny retires. ANOTHER ***** MOVE.

think about this, dont you know why, roger got a free pass for that, if you were a judge, which would you choose to try, the uncle or his nephew? roger was the one let go just to sweetened the case of mayweathers in media. there's more fish to fry and axes to grind in floyd than his uncle, especialy floyd has many past offenses and a repeat offender. hope u get it

Since floyd knew that pac accepted his useless ost and he will have no excuses to duck pac, I think floyd will plead guilty to ensure that he has a valid reason to duck pac again.
