Question is, who pushed it back?

I mean this is just the preliminary hearing

the more they pushed it back or delayed,
          the case gets gets stronger
the case will never be dismissed

if its being pushed back, chances are its the prosecution. i dont see the defense having such a huge need to push it back, it doesnt make sense for them to. the faster the better. the prosecution amy be trying to gather evidence, or may have other, more important cases on its calendar. or they may just be aming to make floyds life miserable.

and that is not true. thats not how it works at all. the more it gets pushed back, it usually means the that the prosecution is looking to gather more evidence and that they arent ready for trial or even preliminary hearings.

...and this is JUST a hearing, this ISN'T the actual case itself (which in itself can take some time too).

Depending on what happens in the hearing, it's a good possibility that he may not fight the rest of the year. Adding that if and when his legal issues are cleared up, he may not fight Pacquiao (if it ever happens) until he's about 35-36. Not sure that's the smartest thing being I don't see Pacquiao slowing down for another 2-3 yrs.

It was actually Floyd's team prior that delayed the hearing because they were adding another attorney to the trial. The prosecutors according to them were ready to go, but agreed to the delay.

DA keeps pushing it back because they don't have a case...Their trying to build one but if their relying on Josie to take the stand the DA should drop the charges...
