This case is very weak with very little if any hardcore evidence. Besides on certain cases depending on evidence if your client is out of jail there is no rush to go to trial. Its all about freedom if your client is out of jail take all the time the courts will allow you to take.

You don't underestimate what the prosecutors would do to you. They will make your life miserable and squeeze every damn advantage they have to make you pay the biggest amount they can get in case you want to settle it out of court. This is an easy case for the prosecutors. The evidences are right in their faces. So the options for Floyd are either jail time or pay millions of dollars for the victims and their lawyers to feast on.

This is America not some third-world country.

LLS Roger was a repeat offender! Roger actually served time for hitting his kid grandmother. A ****ing old lady and you think they let him go to get PBF for some he say she say ****? I'll give you they have a axe to grind with PBF about that shooting but they could careless about this case. The more time they take the more anything dealing with this case actually makes the big time news. When a high profile case loses media interest the better deal a defendant can get.

There are no evidences? What is this ****ing thread for anyway and why are we even discussing this? You think everyone is making things up? Why do you think so? I'm all ears.

First off I never said there was no evidence. I said that what they have to my knowledge is very weak. The thread is about his court dates being postponed. I agree I don't have a ****ing clue as to why this would be considered boxing related. I just commented to pass time at work. I never said anybody was making things up either. I still stand by my statement that video at worth ****. So please explain to me what all this evidence in their faces is.

The evidence is weak and DA knows there star witness has lied before saying Floyd beat then she admitted he didn't that doesn't look good in front a jury theres already seed of doubt and no prosecutor in there right mind will callchild to testify against there parent especially with a lack of phyiscal evidence.

The reason there hasn't been a plea deal yet is because a 10 and an 11 year old kid were involved and saw it all go down. If Floyd Jr did indeed beat their mother and threaten to beat his kids if they called for help, that creates a whole different set of scenarios. Is Floyd Jr fit to be a parent? Is Floyd going to fly off the handle and lose it on one his kids, etc. There are alot of factors to consider in this case. I don't know if Floyd Jr is guilty or not but what I do know this has nothing to do with Pacquiao. The other thing I do know is this is going to take a long time to resolve, especially if it goes to trial. All we can hope for that justice prevails (whatever that may be)...

Torrecampo still has trials for killing a man yet he's come back to fight. FYI.
