Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s preliminary hearing has been pushed back to April 28. Mayweather was scheduled to appear on Thursday in a Las Vegas courtroom to face several felony charges. Mayweather is facing eight misdemeanor and felony charges stemming from a dispute with the mother of his children, Josie Harris, which took place last September. Mayweather is alleged to have beat his ex-girlfriend over several alleged text messages that were found on her cell phone from another man.

Dude, this court hearing was supposed to be on January. This is like the third time they pushed it.

edit: I'm pretty sure he could have promoted a fight and fought by now with how long they delayed that trial.
