I mean this is just the preliminary hearing

the prosecution is pushing back the hearing because they dont have a case. because its a domestic violence case only the prosecution can push back the date.

the hearing was pushed due to conflicting schedules... apparently, floyd is busy despite a year long vacation...

in a domestic case floyd cant cite his schedule as a reason to change court dates. he would have to show or lose. the prosecution does not have a strong case. so they keep pushing the date back in hopes of building a stronger case.

Hopefully when he goes on trial the judge sentences him to fight Pacquiao. Honestly at this point I think its the only way that fight is going to happen; It seriously is a crime for these to guys to not fight each other.

the judge should sentance pac to take the ost so we can have a fight.
