          the prosecution is pushing back the hearing because they dont have a case. because its a domestic violence case only the prosecution can push back the date.

            in a domestic case floyd cant cite his schedule as a reason to change court dates. he would have to show or lose. the prosecution does not have a strong case. so they keep pushing the date back in hopes of building a stronger case.
